Before Your Visit
Getting ready for your LipoDissolve (PCDC) treatment

Thank you for choosing Aida Medical Aesthetics. Please read these instructions carefully before your LipoDissolve (PCDC) appointment — a little preparation helps you get the most beautiful, comfortable result.
- ✓If special event or vacation coming up, treatment should be at least 4 week prior.
- ✓AVOID the use of topical products containing Tretinoin, Retin-A, Retinol, Retinoids, Glycolic Acids, Alpha Hydroxy-Acid or other “Anti-Aging” products.
- ✓Discontinue aspirin, ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil), naproxen (Aleve), platelet inhibitors, anticoagulants, fish oil, vitamin E, vitamin A, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, garlic, kava kava, celery root and any other herbal or homeopathic remedies that may contribute to bleeding risk at least 1 week prior to Lipodissolve injections.
- ✓If you has a history of a neuromuscular or immunosuppressive disorder, you must get a signed note from their treating provider authorizing the use of Lipodissolve.
- ✓Avoid alcohol, caffeine, niacin supplements and cigarettes 24-48 hours before and after your treatment, as these may contribute to increased swelling, bruising, and irritation.
- ✓If you have a history of cold sores, recommend they pretreat with acyclovir prior to Lipodissolve.
