General Follow-Up Policy
Follow-up appointments are not automatically scheduled for most services. Patients are always welcome to schedule a follow-up appointment at their convenience through our online booking system or by contacting our office. All follow-up visits aresubject to standard service fees unless otherwise specified.

Botox Follow-Up Policy
We offer acomplimentary Botox follow-up within 3 weeks of your initial treatment.
- This follow-up includes up to 4 units of Botox at no charge
- Any additional units beyond 4 units will be charged at our standard per-unit rate
- The complimentary follow-up is time-sensitive and must be completed within 3 weeks

Scheduling Responsibility
- Patients are strongly encouraged to schedule their follow-up appointment on the day of their treatment
- If a follow-up appointment is not scheduled at the time of the visit, the patient assumes full responsibility for booking online within the appropriate timeframe
- Aida Medical Aesthetics is not responsible for scheduling, reminding, or accommodating follow-ups outside of the recommended timeframe
- Failure to schedule within the designated period may result in loss of eligibility for complimentary follow-up
