Body Filler in Brookline, MA for Natural, Sculpted Curves
Body filler is one of our most requested treatments at Aida Medical Aesthetics. It adds shape where you want more of it and restores skin quality where time has taken it away, from fuller, rounder buttocks to firmer arms and a smoother neck, with no surgery and no general anesthesia. Clients visit our Brookline studio from Boston and across Greater Boston for body filler.
Every body filler treatment is planned and performed by Neda Hosseininia, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She maps each area to your proportions, so your results look like you, just more sculpted. Want the full picture on fillers? See our dermal fillers page.
Body Filler Treatments, Tailored to You
Your treatment starts with a one-on-one consultation. Neda looks at the area you want to change, talks through your goals and builds a plan around the right product and amount for you.
Depending on the area, we use hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers to add volume and shape, and hyperdilute Radiesse®, a collagen-stimulating filler, to firm and smooth crepey or thinning skin. For some areas we combine them with Botox® for a smoother finish.
Body Areas We Treat
Body filler can sculpt curves, restore lost volume and improve skin texture in areas where creams and workouts can’t do the job alone.
Not sure where to start? Neda will help you prioritize the areas that will make the biggest difference for you.

Body Filler FAQs: What to Know Before Your Treatment
Thinking about body filler but have a few questions? Here are the answers our patients ask about most.
It depends on the product, the treated area and how your body breaks down filler. Collagen-stimulating Radiesse® improves skin gradually over a few months, and most patients keep their results with periodic touch-ups. Neda will give you a realistic timeline for your plan at your consultation.
Most patients feel mild pressure or a quick pinch. We use numbing and place the filler with a fine needle or cannula to keep you as comfortable as possible.
Most people return to normal activities the same day. Some swelling, tenderness or bruising for a few days is normal. You will get aftercare instructions for your treated area before you leave.
The fillers we use are FDA approved for specific areas, such as the face and hands. Using them on the buttocks, arms, neck or calves is off-label, meaning the FDA has not approved them for those areas, and the FDA has not approved any filler for large-volume body contouring. Neda will walk you through the benefits and risks for your specific plan at your consultation.
Body filler is $750 per syringe, and buttock filler starts at $3,700. The number of syringes depends on the area and the result you want, so you will get an exact quote at your consultation.
Body filler is a good fit for healthy adults who want more shape, volume or firmer-looking skin without surgery. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Your consultation includes a medical review to make sure it is right for you.
