Our Membership Policies

  1. Minimum 3-month commitment required.
  2. 30-day written notice required for cancellation after the initial term.
  3. Unused services do not roll over.
  4. Benefits are non-transferable.
  5. Monthly benefits only — except birthday perk, which is once yearly.
  6. Birthday Perk: 60-min relaxation massage ($140) + 60-min sauna ($70) — once yearly. (Refresh Wellness will do its very best to accommodate your preferred timing during your birthday month. While specific time slots cannot be guaranteed, we will work with you to make your experience special and convenient.)
  7. Higher tiers include all benefits of lower tiers.
  8. Advance scheduling encouraged for best availability.
  9. Monthly auto-billing required; account must be current to receive benefits.
  10. Membership fees are non-refundable.

At Aida Medical Aesthetics in Brookline, Massachusetts, we are committed to delivering safe, effective medical aesthetic treatments in a professional, client-focused environment. These policies are designed to protect both our clients and our practice while ensuring fairness, safety, and consistency.

Privacy Policy

At Aida Medical Aesthetics, protecting your privacy is a top priority.

  • Any personal or confidential information collected will be used solely to deliver the services you request.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties.
  • Data is shared only with trusted parties when required by law or necessary to facilitate services—such as payment processing—and only with your explicit consent.
  • We employ strict security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
  • You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

Required Consultations

All clients must complete a consultation prior to any service. This allows our providers to:

  • Review your medical history
  • Assess your goals and suitability for treatment
  • Explain treatment options, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes
  • No treatment will be performed without medical clearance from a qualified provider.

Deposit Policy

A refundable deposit is required to schedule and secure all appointments.

  • If you move forward with treatment, the deposit will be applied toward your total payment.
  • If you choose not to proceed with the treatment and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be refunded in full.
  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to show for your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

All charges, including deposits for procedures or treatments, are final and non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not provided for services rendered.
  • In rare cases, management may issue a credit at its sole discretion.

Cancellation / Late Arrival / No-Show Policy

To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling:

  • Late Arrivals: More than 15 minutes late may require shortening the service or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations / Rescheduling: At least 48 hours’ notice required.
  • No Call / No Show:
  • Aesthetic services – $100 fee
  • All other services – 50% of service fee

Appointment Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule up to three (3) times.
  • After the third reschedule, the appointment will be canceled and any deposit forfeited.

Acceptable Payment Methods

We accept:

  • All major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Cash (exact amount only; we do not keep change available)
  • CareCredit & Klarna financing
  • Mobile wallet payments (Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo)

Medical Disclaimer & Informed Consent

All treatments are elective medical procedures requiring:

  • Health screening
  • Signed informed consent
  • Important: Results vary by individual, and no outcome is guaranteed.
  • Photographs may be taken for medical documentation and—with your consent used for marketing or education.

Photo & Marketing Consent

  • Before-and-after photos are part of your medical record.
  • We will not share your images publicly without signed consent.
  • You may opt out of public use while allowing images to remain in your confidential file.

Touch-Up & Follow-Up Policy

  • Touch-up eligibility, cost, and timing vary by procedure.
  • Must be completed within 2–4 weeks of the initial treatment.
  • Additional product during a touch-up may be charged separately.

Children & Guests Policy

For safety and privacy, children and non-essential guests are not permitted in the treatment room.

Product Purchase & Return Policy

  • All skincare products, prescription medications, and opened/used items are final sale.
  • No returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety regulations.

Pricing & Promotional Policy

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Promotions and discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Gift Card Policy

  • Valid for the period stated on the card.
  • Non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • May be used toward eligible services and/or products.

Health & Eligibility Policy

We reserve the right to decline treatment if medically unsuitable. Contraindications may include, but are not limited to:

  • Being under 21 years old
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Certain medications (e.g., blood thinners)
  • Uncontrolled health conditions
  • Infectious diseases or any active infection
  • Other conditions determined by the provider to pose a risk to safety or treatment outcome

Emergencies & Adverse Event Policy

  • Report any unexpected or concerning symptoms immediately.
  • For urgent medical issues, call 911 or seek emergency care.
